Saving some cash when visiting to Disney World might seem to be a contradiction, but with a little smart planning and preparation, visitors can have an enjoyable visit to Florida without running up a huge credit card debt.

The Walt Disney World Resort is absolutely huge, covering almost 47 total miles near Orlando, Florida. There are four gigantic theme parks, Epcot, MGM, the Animal Kingdom, and the Magic Kingdom. With so many things to see, visitors almost always spend at least a week just to take it all in. Disney World has constructed more than a dozen hotels just to house visitors to the area.

Obviously, Disney executives recognize that folks are looking for different things when going to Orlando. For this reason, they have hotels that fit every budget. Resorts are separated into Value, Moderate, and Deluxe levels. Value is sort of the Disney way of saying inexpensive, but you will not be disappointed, as the Disney Value hotels are nice and comfortable. Moderate resorts are one step up, promising bigger rooms and full-service, sit down dining on the property.

Deluxe resorts at Disney are top-of-the-line accommodations built to please and placate any visitor. Some of the hotels such as the Grand Floridian and Polynesian are on the monorail, so you can easily ride to Epcot without using a rental car or riding a bus. Guest accommodations are much larger, and the Disney World experience is of course magical.

How does one decide what to hotel to choose? Well would you rather use your money on gifts or indulge your family with the best, remember you are on holiday? Value options like the Disney World Pop Century Hotel can cost somewhere from $80 to $120 per night, while top end Hotel start from $250 and go higher from there. As you can see, if you multiply that by 6 to 9 days, you could end up spending thousands extra just for a nicer room.

The choice belongs to the visitor, but whatever you pick, tourists can be sure Disney World employees will do their best to be sure you and your family have a great time on your trip away from home.
